The Arab-African Conference and Forum for Orienteering Sports with Compass took place in Alexandria from November 6th to 10th, 2023. The event was organized by the Egyptian Sailing Federation and supervised by the International Orienteering Federation. It attracted the participation of over 450 individuals.
The first women’s championship was held by Orienteering Sports on 23/11/2023.
A competition was held for Du employees on 11/18/2023 with the participation of 111 participants.
The second Dubai Sports Council Championship was organized over one day on October 8, 2023, in Al Safa Park, with the participation of 60 participants from (the Emirates – Oman – Bahrain – Algeria – Serb).

In a celebration of athleticism and cooperation, the sixth edition of the Arab Military Championship in Orienteering Sports unfolded from November 20 to 26, 2022, in Abu Dhabi’s Al Wathba area. With the support of the Ministry of Defense and under the auspices of the Arab Military Sports Federation, this event brought together participants from 10 Arab nations. Beyond the competition, it became a testament to the unifying power of orienteering sports in fostering collaboration and goodwill among nations.
On December 18, 2022, the third edition of the Sharjah Girl Guides Championship, organized by the Scout Commission, unfolded at Al Kshisha Park in Sharjah. The event was a celebration of orienteering skills, bringing together 58 participants from diverse centers and age groups among the girl guides. The championship showcased not only the competitive spirit but also the collaborative and engaging nature of compass orienteering within the Sharjah community.
The 19th championship hosted by the Ministry of Defense took place over two days, from February 21 to 22, 2023, in the Wathba area. A total of 70 participants engaged in the event, showcasing their skills and determination in this thrilling competition.
